A third-generation audiologist, Eric is the Director of Audiological Services and co-owner of The Hearing Center, where he specializes in hearing healthcare, cochlear implants, and music audiology. Throughout his career, he has worked with nationally and internationally recognized musicians and entertainers, helping them protect and preserve one of their most valuable assets, their hearing.

Eric is also an adjunct professor of audiology, a frequent speaker at regional, national, and international conferences, and a passionate advocate for hearing health and education. His unique perspective allows him to bridge the science of hearing with the artistry of music, performance, and communication.

As both an audiologist and lifelong music enthusiast, Eric brings genuine curiosity and thoughtful insight to every episode of Hear Us Out. Whether speaking with artists, engineers, researchers, or innovators, his goal is to help listeners discover the remarkable ways sound influences our lives, creativity, relationships, and well-being.

When he's not in the clinic or behind the microphone, Eric enjoys playing guitar, attending live concerts, and spending time with his wife and three children.

A clinical audiologist at The Hearing Center, Michelle brings a unique perspective to the podcast through her passion for both hearing science and the performing arts. With a lifelong appreciation for music and a particular interest in Broadway, she is fascinated by the relationship between performers, audiences, and the sounds that bring stories to life on stage.

Michelle's background in audiology allows her to explore the science behind listening, while her curiosity about creativity and performance helps uncover the emotional impact of sound. Through Hear Us Out, she engages with artists, clinicians, and industry leaders to discover how sound influences communication, expression, memory, and human connection.

Michelle has presented her work at state and national audiology conferences and is passionate about advancing awareness of hearing health and the importance of listening. Outside of the clinic and studio, she enjoys playing piano and guitar, attending performances, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
